Anthony Flynn
Founder & Interim Houston Market Leader
Anthony is currently the CEO of Covenant House Texas with a responsibility of close to 100 employees and more than $50 Million on its balance sheet. In addition, he is the CEO/Founder of Amazing CEO, an Executive Coaching and Business Consulting practice that he scaled to 7-figures in just 5 years with a phone and a laptop. If he can do it, you can do it!
In his early years, Anthony was a leader with numerous Fortune 100 Giants (e.g. RJ Reynolds and 3M) and has been a pioneering executive in several multi-million dollar ventures. He has spoken before tens of thousands of people for countless corporations, small businesses, Harvard University, Georgia Tech, Emory University, 2x TEDx and more. He has also been featured on major media outlets via tv, radio, podcasts and keynote addresses. He has authored three books. Zero to Seven Figures: Start Your Business, Overcome Barriers, Scale Profitably; The Happiness Map: Finding Fulfillment in Life and Work; The Execution Pipeline: A Step By Step Guide To Moving Your Business Idea From Dream To Reality.
Anthony graduated from the The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program in 2017 where he won 1st place for the business pitch competition. Anthony's favorite thing in the world to do is spend time with his wife of 24 years along with his son and daughter. Additionally, he loves reading, physical fitness and coaching emerging leaders.
Ashlee Edwards

Ashlee is a multifaceted entrepreneur and real estate investor based in Los Angeles. With a robust background as a brand regulatory attorney, she excels in drafting and negotiating contracts and navigating the intricacies of social media marketing and advertising. Ashlee is the founder of Kafe Ìwé, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and teaches investors how to build their real estate portfolio on the side. Her own real estate portfolio spans long-term rentals, fix and flips, BRRRs, and private lending. Ashlee's approach to real estate investment is informed by her comprehensive understanding of the market and her strategic, tech-friendly solutions.
As the COMMA$™ Member Liaison, she is dedicated to empowering middle class earners to grow their wealth and to creating a vibrant, supportive COMMA$™ community. Ashlee's passion for helping others achieve financial independence is evident in her work as a business consultant, where she assists small businesses in scaling and thriving. With nearly 15 years of experience in the financial industry, Damon is a Certified Wealth Strategist dedicated to transforming the economic landscape for the middle class. As the Market Leader for COMMA$™, Damon will leverage his extensive experience, expertise, and connections to support and empower COMMA$™ members. His servant-minded leadership is evident in his dedication to forging impactful relationships and providing guidance to help members achieve their goals. Additionally, he is passionate about mentoring young professionals and helping them navigate their careers to reach their full potential.
As a former Division I athlete, Damon brings the same discipline, work ethic, and commitment to ongoing personal development to his professional life. His approach to cultivating relationships is centered on serving others and adding value to their lives, a principle he upholds in both his personal and professional endeavors.
In his free time, Damon cherishes moments with his wife and daughters, and enjoys reading, cooking, and engaging in sports like basketball and golf.
